Appointments can be organised via our online booking request system or by calling (02) 8379 0355.
If you require a cardiac procedure, this will be organised after your initial consultation for a hospital at which your attending cardiologist has admitting and procedural rights.
Please ensure you bring your GP’s or other specialist’s referral to your appointment to allow you to receive a Medicare rebate where eligible. This referral can be sent to us ahead of your appointment by:

Harbourside Cardiology is a private billing clinic and we pride ourselves on providing outstanding heart care.
An out-of-pocket fee will be payable on the day of your consultation. Where Medicare rebates exist, these will be applied and deducted from your total fees on the same day. Your expected gap payment will be explained before you proceed with your consultation or any additional tests at our clinic.
Reduced fees are available for pension card holders and full time students. We are always willing to discuss fee reductions for patients experiencing financial duress.
We are unable to confirm your private health insurance cover for cardiac procedures but can provide you with the details required to follow this up directly with your provider.
Some of our specialists offer cardiac procedures via the public system; please ask about this at the time of your consultation if this is relevant to you.
Our specialists are leaders in their field and highly sought after for cardiac care. For this reason, we request that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer your time slot to another patient in need.
Harbourside Cardiology maintains the right to charge a penalty fee or take pre-payment for patients who repeatedly cancel without sufficient notice or fail to attend their appointments.
